The maximum term of the loan depends on the age of the home — with newer homes eligible for longer terms.
Available Terms:
- NEW homes — Terms up to 25 years
- Homes up to 10-years old — Terms up to 25 years
- Homes between 11- and 20-years old — Terms up to 20 years
- Homes between 21- and 25-years old — Terms up to 15 years
Your exact rate depends on the home’s date of manufacture, the loan term, and your credit approval. Note that appraisals determine the value of the home only (not the land it sits on).
